If you’re returning (unused!) product due to you changing your mind or accidentally ordering the wrong thing, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. We’ll issue your refund when the returned product has arrived and been reshelved. 

If you’re sending back unused product for refund, please follow these steps: 

• Give us a heads up via emai([email protected]) and let us know if you need a shipping label. 

• Take great care in repacking the items. Full credit can only be given for items returned in the same condition in which they were received. 

• Include the packing slip that came with your order or a printout of your order confirmation email.
